Pisces – Inner Circle

At the beginning of the great cycle, the signs that had hitherto remained veiled within the order of the heavens began to reveal themselves. The motions of celestial influences then attained their greatest strength, whilst contrary powers entered upon a work of purification and reordering according to the disposition ordained from the higher spheres.
The foundations of rule and authority still lay concealed, known only to those versed in the language of signs and in the hidden course of events. Yet subtler indications appeared among men, heralding a transformation not yet brought to its full perfection.
Beneath the light of the heavenly luminaries, the desire for dominion sought to advance through the oppositions and resistances that surrounded the established order. The Moon attended the weightiest affairs and governed the variations of the cycle, at times tempering discord and at others favouring change and uncertainty.
The prevailing powers then began to rise and assume the station appointed to them within the greater motion of the world. That which preserved the balance of authority was gradually reordered, whilst the influences were fixed in their proper places and the new order began to take firm root.
At length, Nature herself impressed her character upon the course of events and established the principle destined to govern the age that followed: alternation between strife and concord, ascent and decline, concealment and revelation.
