Pisces – Middle Circle

The appointed times began to draw near, and the luminaries of heaven entered those regions wherein the influences of the spheres converge. There the First Principle penetrated the order of the world and set in motion a new process of transformation among visible things and those that remain concealed.
At twilight, the emanation manifested itself together with the vital breath, and from the union of the coarser matter with the purity of its origin arose the power capable of bringing increase, prosperity, and change to the lower world.
The dew of the night, the halos surrounding the celestial lights, and the moistures descending from above then revealed the hidden alterations of the cycle. From the higher regions of the firmament the ruling influences exerted their power, while other parts were left deprived of fertility and virtue.
The celestial currents descended into the earthly world through abundant waters and through the lower forces charged with sustaining the movement of generation and corruption to which all temporal things are subject.
Thus appeared the visible signs by which the alterations of the heavens and their effects upon bodies, cities, and the balance of power among men might be known. What came to pass in the heights ever found its correspondence within the changing order of the earthly world.
